Work Life Profile for ESTJ (The Commander)

...ESTJs approach life with confidence and energy. They are active, ambitious and pragmatic, and for them, achievement, material security and status are likely to assume top priority. Mentally they are analytical, logical and decisive, and mistrust lofty visions, ideas or philosophies.

ESTJs excel at organising themselves and other people, and because of this often rise quickly towards positions of leadership and authority. They have a strong sense of responsibility and accountability, and enjoy the satisfaction of being in control of events around them.

ESTJs are confident, assertive and outgoing, and they state their thoughts and opinions clearly and

straightforwardly. There is usually little room for doubt where they stand in relation to another person or to an issue.

ESTJs believe in tradition, value established organisations, and see the importance of proven systems and structures, and for this reason they have a great respect for authority, rank and status. They involve themselves in their local community through organising events and keeping in touch with what is happening around them. People, behaviour or attitudes that do not conform to their very clear standards are likely to be viewed with suspicion.

Is this a fair description of your personality? Yes Not Sure
