Work Life Profile for ESFP (The Entertainer)

... ESFPs approach life with energy and enthusiasm. They are outgoing, charming and warm-hearted people for whom material comfort and enjoyment are a high priority. They have a positive attitude to life and are extremely generous both with their feelings and their possessions.

Socially, an ESFP's life is likely to be full, since, apart from being highly gregarious, they are also natural performers, with a gift for humour and witty repartee. Their sense of bonhomie and attitude of 'eat, drink and be merry' come from their desire to have as much fun in life as they can. They seek harmony with others and avoid conflict if they can.

ESFPs have a strong sense of realism and can be highly practical,

often focusing on other people's needs and seeking to provide for them. They are keen observers of the world around them, and particularly of human behaviour. Many have a love of entertainment and sports, either as participators or spectators.

ESFPs seek variety in life and tend to plunge into new experiences, learning as they go. They seldom plan ahead, preferring spontaneity and discovery to living by guidelines and plans. They prefer a comfortable lifestyle and their homes are likely to be richly or stylishly furnished since they enjoy entertaining at home...
